Opp. Parties Mr. T.K. Praharaj, Standing Counsel
CORAM:
JUSTICE M.S. SAHOO Order No.
ORDER
21.03.2022 02.
RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called.
None had appeared, when the matter was taken up on 21.02.2022 and the following order was passed:_ "None appears for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26th November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 13.02.2012.
The original application was filed before the learned Tribunal to pay the T.A., D.A. and other expenses to the applicant (who was working as Asst. Settlement Officer), for visiting different places for verification of the records as claimed.
// 2 // It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the nature of prayer has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and otherwise also, the order rejecting his claim is just and proper in view of the fact that the applicant had not submitted any documents giving the particulars office tour programmes before the authority and the applicant/petitioner had availed the casual leave as well as extraordinary lave for his tour.
To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 21st March, 2022."
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
