2. Mr. Mohanty, Senior Advocate appearing for the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation states that in the light of an order dated 22.04.2022 based on a detailed field enquiry report dated 05.04.2022, the directions dated 21.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.14891 of 2018 stand duly complied with.

The delay in implementing the directions is sincerely regretted. Compliance affidavit dated 23.04.2022 of the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar stands filed. He further points out that it is in fact the Petitioner who has encroached upon the 30 feet wide road in front of his building.
