Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "In view of the facts stated above in Paragraph6, this Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously pleased to direct the Respondents more specifically Respondent No.2 to Hold the D.P.C as per Rule 11(C), the Orissa Ministerial Services (Method of Recruitment to the posts of Junior Clerk in the District Offices), Rules, 1985 as amended time to time so far as the eligible Group 'D' employees of Kalahandi district;
And Further may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to hold the Departmental Promotion Committee within a period of two months and consider the name of the applicant along with other similarly placed Group 'D' employees of the district as against the 10% quota of post of Junior Clerk;
// 2 // And Pass any other order / orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper;
And Allow the Original Application with cost".

The Petitioner has moved before the opposite party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 10.01.2011 under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.
Let the opposite party No.2 take a decision on Annexure-5 dated 10.01.2011 on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order along with a copy of the writ petition filed by the Petitioner. The decision so taken, be communicated to the Petitioner thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAC) stands disposed of.
