This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This case record is put up today suo motu for correction of inadvertent typographical mistake in the date of the order. 3.

Perusal of office note reveals that the case was in fact disposed of on 10th January, 2022; however, inadvertently the date of order has been typed out as 7th December, 2021. 4.

Accordingly, the date of order be corrected as 10th January, 2022 instead of 7th December, 2021.

The order dated 10th December, 2022 is modified to the above extent only. The rest part of the order remains unaltered. 6.

In view of the above modification / correction of date, the time period fixed in order dated 10th December, 2022 is accordingly extended from today.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
