This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to bring the Petitioner under the regular establishment. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been brought over to the regular establishment in the meantime. However learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the pensionary and other monetary benefits payable to the Petitioner has not been paid to the Petitioner till date.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Appropriate Authority indicating his grievance as well as giving full particulars of monetary benefits payable to him, which has yet not been paid to him. In the event representation is filed within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of such representation

// 2 // by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
