3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 7th January, 2011 (Annexure-12) passed by the Superintending Engineer, Southern Irrigation Circle, Dist-Ganjam

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that seeking reconsideration of his claim, the petitioner has moved before Opp. Party No.1 on 25.6.2011 vide Annexure-13.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opp. Party No.1 to take a decision on the said application, if the same has not been disposed of as yet, within a period of three months on its own merit and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner within that period.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
