This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) direct/order that the application of the applicant for appointment under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme shall be considered in terms of the rules and he shall be appointed to a suitable post as per the provisions of rules in order to save members of the family from distress.

(ii) pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bonafide interest of justice." 3.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Secretary to Govt., School & Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 within a period of two weeks hence along with the Distress Certificate. In such event, the Opposite Party No.1 shall consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks and pass a speaking and reasoned order. The decision on
