This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under the circumstances it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of Junior Clerk/ Class-III within a stipulated period.

And further be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the applicant dated 27.06.2011 under Annexure-6 within a stipulated period.

And any order/orders, direction/directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicant." 3.

Since the matter is of the year 2012, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Chief District Medical Officer, Mayurbhanj, Opposite Party No.3 to consider the case of the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Junior Clerk in the event there is vacancy and subject to the Petitioner's eligibility to the said post. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
