This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
RJ On 16.02.2022, when the matter was taken up after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the following order was passed:- "The writ petition having been transferred after abolition of the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal has been registered before this Court on 26th November, 2021.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned OAT, it is found that after notice issued on 15.11.2012, the matter was never listed.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he has no instruction for the present and will try to contact the petitioner, as such may be accommodated for a short time.
List on 10th March, 2022."
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as observed in the order dated 16.02.2022, he tried to contact the petitioner which yielded no result inasmuch as the matter being old one, pending since about ten years.
// 2 // It is further submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same for any surviving cause of action.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of instructions from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
