Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Admit this writ application ii. Call for the records/documents from the opp. parties iii Quash Letter No.1388 dated 08.07.2022 issued by the opp. party no.4-Tahasildar, Dharmagarh, At/Po-Dharmagarh, Dist-Kalahandi under Annexure-6 iv. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s)/direction(s)/order(s) directing the opp. parties, particularly opp. party No.4, to allow the petitioner to operate the sand quarry lease of Khata No.275, Plot No.01, Areas Ac.12.35 dec., Mouza-Tambachhada under Dharmagarh Tahasil from 2021-22 to 2025-26, vide sand quarry lease E-Registration Document No.10892100752 dated 26.04.2021 under Annexure-1;

v. pass such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper to give complete relief

to the petitioner."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
