None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
When the matter was taken up on 24.02.2022, none had appeared for the petitioner and after considering the matter in some details and the submission of the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, the following order was passed:
"The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20th November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 01.07.2019.
None appears for the petitioner.
The applicant was about 65 years, when he filed the original application in the year 2013 after he retired as Demonstrator of Geology in Khallikote Govt. (Autonomous) College, Berhampur. It is further stated in the petition that the Demonstrators were not getting UGC scales of pay despite recommendations of the authority in the year1994 and 1997.
To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 4th April, 2022."
