3. The petitioner challenges the inaction of the opposite parties in considering the seniority in the gradation list of Primary School Teachers, which was published by the D.I., of Schools, Berhampur Education District, Berhampur.
4. Since the cause of action arose in 2013 and by efflux of time may not survive, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
5. Petitioner is at liberty approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
