Considering that the Demarcation Misc. Case No.49 of 2022 is still pending before the Tahasildar, Balasore- Opposite Party No.3. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.3 to conclude the Demarcation Misc. Case No.49 of 2022 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
