Heard Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 07.11.2022 under Annexure-9 by an incompetent authority.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department, on instructions dated 10.11.2022 received from the District Education Officer, Kendrapara, stated that the order dated 07.11.2022, by which the petitioner has been placed under suspension, has been cancelled and, as such, the Director, Elementary Education was requested to take necessary action at their end. The office order dated 10.11.2022 be kept on record. 5.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
