The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26th November,2021 after being transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction to pursue the present litigation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
