The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " The petitioner in view of the facts and circumstances stated above prays that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application and after hearing direct the opp. parties to consider the grievance of the petitioner, further directing to the Opp. Parties to make proper ex-gratia compensation to the petitioner in accordance with the law of land acquisition and direct the Opp. Parties more specifically to the Opp. Party No.3 to take immediate steps for the employment of the family members of the petitioner as the family of the petitioner are the land losers for the project area of the Opp. Party No.3, within a short period in accordance to the Odisha Resettlement & Rehabilitation Policy". 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-4-Series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned
Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4-Series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
