This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr. A. Suhail, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that five children whose names have been revealed in the writ petition have allegedly been trafficked from the village Suanla, Block-Dangadi, District-Jajpur, by the Opposite Party No.9 3.

On a query of this court, Mr. A. Suhail, learned counsel has submitted that no formal complaint has been filed before the police as regards the said trafficking or kidnapping, as yet. Only through a representation, the Superintendent of Police, Jajpur had been apprised of the incident, but no action has been forthcoming. Hence, this petition.

The procedure as adopted by the petitioner will not, in any manner, serve the purpose of justice. At this juncture, Mr. A. Suhail, learned counsel has submitted that he would approach the police

station by filing a regular complaint so that appropriate action for recovery of those children be taken. In this background, he has prayed for leave for withdrawing the writ petition.

Prayer stands allowed.

Consequently, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, however with liberty reserved to the petitioner, to file a fresh petition, if the circumstances in future so warrant. 7.

Mr. J. Katikia, learned Addl. Government Advocate has appeared for the State on advance notice.
