Heard Mr. Manas Pati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

As it appears, the Land Acquisition Officer, Collectorate, Khordha, vide Annexure-8 dated 14.03.2022 has intimated to the petitioner stating that due to dispute the case has been referred to the court under Section-76 of the RFCTLAR & R Act, 2013, vide letter No.16650 dated 10.11.2017 for proper adjudication. Instead of participating in the said proceeding, the petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article-226 of the Constitution of India. 4.

Since disputed question of fact is involved, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
