1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite party no.1, to take up R.P No.704 of 2014 on priority basis as the same is pending for years together.

3. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to give such a direction. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to make a mention before the opposite party no.1 to take the aforesaid revision for early disposal of the same. If such a mention is made, it is hope and trust that the opposite party no.1 will do the needful.

4. With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
