It is submitted by Mr.K.K.Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the Petitioner has died in the meantime on 04.02.2013. He further submits that the benefit prayed for by the Petitioner in the Original Application has already been paid to him.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
