1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. The matter having been transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition, has been registered as a writ petition before this Court on 26.11.2021.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 8.8.2013.
4. The Original Application was filed while the petitioner was working as Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) under Banarpal, Community Health Centre in the district of Angul challenging the advertisement issued by the CDMO, Angul in the year for recruitment to various posts particularly MPHW(Male)(contractual). It is submitted by learned AGA and learned Senior Counsel for intervenor that by efflux of time nothing survives in the writ petition.
8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. All interim orders stand vacated.
