2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner relying on the counter affidavit which is to the following effect : "Basing on the advertisement the applicant has also applied for the post of A.R.I. through Tahsildar, Udala vide his letter No.

dt.26.4.2012 (Annexure-L) and his case will be considered as per the instruction communicated vide letter No.10591/R & DM dt 15.3.2012, if he is found suitable for the post of A.R.I. at the time of direct recruitment." In view of the petitioner having got the relief as prayed for in the Original Application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
