2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

3. When the matter is last taken up on 22.2.2022, none had appeared for the petitioner and considering the matter in some detail, the following order was passed : "This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

The writ petition is registered on 29.11.2021 before this Court after the O.A. was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 29.4.2014.

The O.A. was filed in the year 2012 praying for a direction to stay advertisement for recruitment to the post of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) in the year 2012 by the Chie District Medical Officer, Angul.

Learned AGA submits that by efflux of time, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.

To grant another opportunity, list on 11.4.2022."

4. Learned Additional Standing Counsel reiterates the submissions on behalf of the State-O.Ps. as noted in the order dated 22.2.2022.

5. Having heard learned Addl. Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
