1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that one Madhu Jena and Upendra Jena are the actual assailants in connection with the incidents.

2. He also submits that in respect the co-accused person in the meantime has been released on bail.

3. In view of the above learned counsel for the Petitioners, is directed to file the copy of the order in course of the day.
