Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

On perusal of the application, it is revealed that the Petitioner must have been retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, the relief sought for by the Petitioner cannot be entertained.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
