This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

RJ None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. When the matter was taken up on 17.02.2022, none had appeared and after consideration of the matter in some detail, the following order was passed:- "The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26th November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.

On perusal of the order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never taken up after 07.09.2012.

In the original application, the applicant had prayed for a direction to absorb/regularize his service in the post of A.R.I./Amin as per the Govt. Notifications dated 30th October, 2007 (Annexure-3) and 17th March, 2012 (Annexure-5).

To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 9th March, 2022."

Since the matter is not being pursued for the last about 9 years, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within 60 days for any surviving cause of action.
