Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) Direct the Respondents for release of the family pension, gratuity and G.P.F w.e.f. the date of her entitlement, within a stipulated time frame with 12% interest thereon;
ii) Allow this application;
iii) And pass any further order / direction as deemed fit and proper by your Lordships".
Under the circumstances the applicant prays that this 4.
In spite of notice being issued since long, no counter affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the State. But in view of the claim made in the writ petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2. If such a representation is
// 2 // filed within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit within a period of three months thereafter. Since it is a case of grant of family pension and other retiral benefit, it is expected that the opposite party No.2 will pass a reasoned order within the said time. The order so passed be also communicated to the Petitioner thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAS) stands disposed of.
