Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jeypore Sadar P.S. Case No.32 of 2021 corresponding to T.R. Case No.15 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Koraput-Jeypore for the alleged commission of offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

Having regard to the fact that the quantity of ganja seized from the petitioner is 736 Kgs 200 grams, which is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
