Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is landless. By representation dated 27th June, 2022 he had put forth his claim before the Tahasildar. He prays for direction upon the authority to consider and grant settlement of land to his client. 2.

Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, the representation will be duly dealt with by opposite party no.5.

Petitioner is directed to serve website copy of this order along with copy of said representation dated 27th June, 2022 upon opposite party no.5. Said opposite party will consider said representation and inform petitioner of the result within four weeks thereafter.
