Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Tahasildar, Belpada is already in receipt of the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2, which appears to have been sent through speed post and proof of which is also available at page 17 of the brief, the Tahasildar, Belpada shall register such application and undertake the demarcation exercise, by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected. 2.
