In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that after submission of Final Form in the earlier case arising out of the complaint filed by Chitaranjan Mohanty, i.e., ICC Case No.2769 of 2020 as 'Mistake of Fact' and no further case has been registered against these Petitioners; learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 01.02.2021 does no more survive.
