1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The matter having been transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition, has been registered as a writ petition before this Court on 29.11.2021.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 19.4.2012.

4. Original Application was filed seeking a direction from the learned Tribunal to decide the seniority of the petitioner vis a vis teachers of taken over primary schools and upper primary schools.

5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by efflux of time, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
