1. This is an application by the Petitioner seeking restoration of CRLMC No.2514 of 2016 which was dismissed for nonprosecution by an order dated 28th October, 2022.

2. For the reasons stated, order dated 28th October 2022 is recalled and CRLMC No.2514 of 2016 along with the interim order is restored to file of the roster Bench.

3. The CRLMA is allowed.
