This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called. 3.

When the matter was last taken up on 21.02.2022, none had appeared and after considering the matter in some detail, the following order was passed:- "The writ petition is registered before this Court on 29.11.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is evident that the matter was never taken on admission.

The Original Application was filed before the learned Tribunal seeking a direction to regularize the house rent allowance expeditiously when the applicant was working as Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) at Mendhasala Community Health Centre in the district of Khurda.

It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that due to long lapse of time of eleven years, nothing would survive for adjudication in the present writ petition.

To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 24.3.2022."
