This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the advertisement dated 16.06.2011 under Annexure-4 and he further seeks direction to opposite party no.3 to select and sponsor his name to undergo training in M.P.H.W. (M) course and consider his promotion as per the policy decision of the Gov t. as has been done in case of similarly situated persons.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the authority highlighting the grievances and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures5 & 6, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the

petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the authority within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered by the said authority and pass an appropriate order taking into consideration Annexures-5 & 6 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
