2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Since the matter is pending in the year, 2012, no useful purpose will be served to decide the matter at the present stage. However, the Petitioner is giving liberty to move before the appropriate authority seeking extension of the benefit.
4. Let the Petitioner make a fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of three weeks hence if any such representation is filed within the aforesaid period as indicated in the .... said authority shall do well by passing a speaking order within a period of three months thereafter. The order so passed shall also communicate to the Petitioner within that time.
