Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This matter involves non-working out of the Tribunal order. From the order-sheet, it appears, at some point of time, there was some reference on filing of Writ Petition to this Court and even Appeal before the Hon'ble apex Court. From the order dated 10.4.2019, it appears, involving the order of this Court in the Writ Petition, the State has preferred SLP Diary No.4817 of 2019. However, no stay was passed. It is only on the premises that there is pendency of SLP, State all through taking adjournment as the ultimate decision was to be dependent on the final outcome in the SLP at the instance of the State Authority.

This Court considering the Contempt Petition pending long since and in absence of any concrete information as to the outcome in the SLP involved, if any, disposes of the Contempt Petition observing provided there is no lawful obstruction through the higher

// 2 // forum involving the order involved herein, the Tribunal's order in O.A. No.1081/2003 shall be worked out at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order even by the present incumbent.
