Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) Let an order be passed direction the opposite parties to refix the petitioner's pay in the scale of pan of Rs.1080/-1800/- meant for untrained Intermediate teacher as per Annexure-5 & 6 from the date of the initial appointment.

ii) Let an order passed direction the Opp.Party to pay all arrears within a stipulated period with up to date pay fixation, or may pass, any other order as this Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper".

The Petitioner has moved before the opposite party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 07.02.2011 under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court

// 2 // directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (OAC) stands disposed of.
