This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within a week.

Heard Mr. M.Mohanty, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned counsel appearing for State-Opposite Parties. 4.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Admit the writ application (b) Call for the records (c) Issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties as to why due compensation in respect of the suit land i.e. Plot No.115 Hc.0.1500 R under Khata No.79/52, Plot No.116 Hc.0.0340R in Khata No.79/157 of Mouza-Basantpur, M.V.39, P.S/Dist.Malkangiri shall not be paid in favour of the petitioner and other benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to.

(d) If the opp.parties fail to show cause or shown insufficient cause the said rule Nisi be made absolute

(e) In alternatively the representation under Annexure-7 pending before O.Ps No.2 and 3 may be considered within time stipulated giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
