RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 29th November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 09.02.2012.
The original application was filed before the learned Tribunal challenging the advertisement issued by the Collector, Boudh dated 23.12.2011 for recruitment to the post of Revenue Inspector (Annexure-2).
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he does not have up-to-date instruction to proceed with the litigation.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous as it relates to
