1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This CONTC has been filed by the petitioner against the opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 03.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.1380 of 2021 by them wherein the opposite parties were directed to take a decision on the representations filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of that order by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.1380 of 2021 the petitioner had submitted the copy of the said order before the opposite parties. But no decision has been taken on the representations of the petitioner by the opposite parties.

4. In such view of the matter, let the representations of the petitioner be disposed of by the opposite parties within a period of one month from the date of presentation/ production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the CONTC or else it will be viewed seriously by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
