Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 23333 of 2020, which is disposed of vide judgment passed today (26.07.2022).

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment passed today (26.07.2022) in W.P.(C) No. 23333 of 2020, this Writ Petition stands allowed in terms of the said judgment. 5.

In the result, the impugned order dated 09.09.2019 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 260/12 of 2017 is quashed and the Opposite Parties are directed to pay interest @ 12% for the delayed payment of retirement dues along with other admissible dues as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication/

production of the Judgment.
