1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner has approached the Tribunal seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow him to continue up to the age of 60 years like the other employees.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner was serving as Asst.
Surgeon under the State/opposite party with effect from 06.04.1982. It is further submitted that the Tribunal has passed order dated 15.05.2012 wherein the petitioner was directed to approach the appropriate authority who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the opposite party No.1 and submit representation within two weeks and the opposite party No.1 shall dispose of the same within a period of one month thereafter from the date of his presentation of copy of this order.
