This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Dharakote-Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of Mutation Case No.582 of 2017 at an early date. 3.

By order dated 3rd January, 2022, learned State Counsel was directed to take instruction in the matter. 4.

Today, Mr.

Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that Mutation Case No. 582 of 2017 has already been disposed of by the Tahasildar, Dharakote on 15th January, 2020 and the Petitioner has been advised to approach the appropriate court/authority for compensation as per the Government norms.

In view of the above, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ
