This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner intends not to press the I.A. involving C.P.No.20 of 2019. It is in this recording, this Court finds since the pleading involving C.P.No.20 of 2019 is yet to be completed, the wife-opposite party herein to be provided at least a month time from the communication of this order, as a matter of last chance, to come up with her pleading and all endeavour should be made by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to conclude the proceeding at least within a month from the date of completion of the pleading.

With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with

certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
