This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Chatrapur P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.308 of 2017 committed to S.T. Case No.26 of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chatrapur for offence punishable under sections 147/148/324/326/307/302/120-B/212/149, I.P.C. read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail. 3.
Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record being perused, it is seen that the prayer for bail of this Petitioner was last rejected by the Trial Court on 09.06.2020. In view of the lapse of more than two years by now with such other developments having taken place, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective for its disposal in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
