Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) to admit the case, ii) after hearing both the sides, may be pleased to allow this application by directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to regularize the services of the applicant in his present post or in any other post according to his qualification, iii) pass any other order / orders as deem fit and proper".

Though a counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite party but taking into account the long continuance of the Petitioner, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Opposite Party No.2 on his claim. If such a representation

// 2 // is filed within two weeks hence, the said Opposite Party No.2 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same on its own merit within a period of three months thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAC) stands disposed of.
