Recording the statement of learned counsel for Petitioners that there is already completion of pleadings in R.R.C. Case No.410 of 2014, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to show finality to the proceeding vide R.R.C. Case No.410 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners, but however, providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
