Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate through video conferencing mode.

On instruction Mr.Samal, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, Mahila P.S. FF No. 169 dated 16.11.2021 has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

In such background, Mr.Mohanty does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly, the CONTR is dropped.
