This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Pursuant to order dated 08.12.2022, the I.I.C., Laxmisagar Police Station and I.I.C., Balianta Police Station appear in person before this Court through virtual mode. 4.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the opposite parties more particularly opposite party no.3, I.I.C., Laxmisagar Police Station in taking steps to execute the warrant issued by the leaned J.M.F.C., Cuttack against the opposite party no.4.

The I.I.C., Laxmisagar Police Station undertakes to execute the warrant of arrest issued by the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack on 23.04.2021 within fifteen days from today.
